Spherical cooker’s main parts:

  • Spherical cooker head is equipped with:
  1. Central mixing mechanism with Teflon scrapers.
  2. Manhole.
  3. Illumination crystal
  4. Funnel equipped with butterfly valve.
  5. CIP port equipped with butterfly valve.
  6. Diaphragm pressure clock
  7. Vacuum system is equipped with all necessary protections.
  8. Spare ports.
  •  The mixer’s bottom is equipped with:
  1. Temperature sensor.
  2. Product discharge port & manual valve.
  3. Inlet to the heating medium (steam).
  4. Safety valve and a pressure gauge.
  5. Outlet of the heating medium (steam condensate), Equipped with a steam trap.
  • Cooker’s base made of stainless steel.
