    • The mixing chamber is spherical in shape and has a double-jacketed bottom (heating).
    • all points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
    • Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and structure parts made of SS ( 304 ).
    • Interior surface of Spherical cooker is a Matt finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

    Flip cooker’s main parts:

    • Automatically moveable upper body, equipped with:
    1. A central mixing mechanism with a distinctive design to give the best mixing results. It is equipped with Teflon scrapers to scrape the inner wall of the cooker. The mechanism is driven by a motor and a speed reducer.
    • Mixing chamber, equipped with:
    1.  The upper part of the chamber has a directed path for discharging the product.
    2. A tipping mechanism for the mixing chamber to complete the emptying process manually.
    3. A temperature sensor to read the temperature of the product.
    4.  Slot equipped to:
      • Heating medium inlet (steam)
    5. The opening is equipped with safety valve and pressure watch for Double jacket.
    •  Mixer base:
    1. Slot equipped to:
      • Heating medium outlet (steam condensation)
    2. Equipped with calibrated bases.
