  • Is part of our wide range of mixer’s for preparation and homogenization .
  • It is considered one of the basic equipment within the production lines of cosmetics and food products.
  • as it is used in preparing and mixing of low and medium viscosity products (lotion, creams, shampoo, oil substitute, gel, processed cheese, mayonnaise and all types of sauces etc..) using the Anchor & mixing mechanism. Bottom homogenizer BH-5 is characterized by its ability to mix and homogenize the product in high quality with the ability to emulsify within specific working conditions.
  • Vertical, cylindrical Triple Jacket (heating/cooling) insulated with rock wool.
  • All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
  • Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and structure parts made of SS ( 304 ).
  • Interior surface of the Mixer is a Mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

Description

SE Reactor’s main parts:

1. Top cover equipped with:

  • Central mixing mechanism equipped with Teflon scrapers.
  • Illumination & vision port.
  • Funnel equipped with a butterfly valve.
  • Mechanical pressure gauge.
  • Vacuum system.
  • Spare ports.

2. Mixing chamber equipped with:

  • Inlet & outlet  for the heating/cooling medium.
  • Safety valve and pressure gauge.

3. The bottom conical mixer is equipped with:

  • BH-5 homogenizer according to Silverson design used to homogenize the product.
  • Pipe circuit to circulate and discharge the product.
  • Temperature sensor.
  • Inlet & outlet  for the heating/cooling medium.
  • Discharge port equipped with a butterfly valve.
