    • Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and structure parts made of SS ( 304 ).
    • Interior surface of Food cooker is a Matt finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

    Food cooker’s main parts:

    • Closed top cover Equipped with:
    1. Top mixing mechanism with Teflon scrapers to prevent the product from sticking to the inner wall of the cooker.
    2. Vacuum system equipped with all necessary protections and connections.
    3. Funnel equipped with a butterfly valve.
    4. Illumination & vision port.
    5. Pressor gauge.
    6. Safety valve.
    • The mixing chamber is equipped with:
    1. Double-jacket equipped with pressure gauge & safety valve.
    2. Inlet for heating mediator (steam).
    3. Outlet for heating mediator (steam condensate) equipped with a steam trap.
    4. steam pumping system.
    5. steam Filtration system.
    6. Product discharge valve.
    • The bottom of the cooker is equipped with:
    1. Central bottom mixing mechanism (High Shear Mixer).
    2. The cooker base is Fully covered.
