  1. Vacuum system equipped with all necessary protections and connections.
  2. Funnel equipped with a butterfly valve.
  3. Illumination & vision port.
  4. Pressor gauge.
  5. Safety valve.
  • The mixing chamber is equipped with:
  1. Product discharge valve.
  • The bottom of the cooker is equipped with:
  1. Central bottom mixing mechanism (High Shear Mixer).
