Description

Flip cooker’s main parts:

  • Automatically moveable upper body, equipped with:
  1. Central mixing mechanism with a distinctive design to give the best mixing results equipped with Teflon scrapers to scrape the inner wall of the cooker.
  • Mixing chamber, equipped with:
  1. Specially designed path for discharging the product.
  2. Manual Tilting mechanism to complete the discharge process.
  3. Temperature sensor.
  4. Inlet  for the heating medium (steam).
  5. Safety valve and pressure gauge.
  • Mixer base:
  1. Outlet for the heating medium (steam condensation).
