Description

V-made up of:

    • Mixing vessel is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at V-shaped angle where it rotates on horizontal shaft and V-vessel characterized by smooth edges for easy of cleaning.
    • Each cone Equipped with a manhole cover.
    • Discharge port Equipped with a manual operated butterfly valve.
    • Sensor systems to control blender stopping at the desired place & both startup & stop operations.
    • Guard rail with safety sensor to prevent approaching during work of blender.
    • PLC & HMI Control panel to control all operation functions of V- blender.
