  • It is considered a basic equipment in the food, chocolate, cosmetics and Chemical industries, as it is used to fill low- and medium-viscosity liquids (ketchup, mayonnaise, shampoo, ointments and creams, alcoholic liquids, sterilizers, lotion, Vaseline and wax).
  • The required products are fed into a funnel to complete the process.
  • Filling is done by a piston mechanism through 2 heads and begins when the command is received by the foot pedal.
  • All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
  • Product contact parts made of stainless steel (316L) and Teflon, while the structure parts are made of stainless steel (304), resistant plastic, and aluminum treated with thermal paint.
  • Interior surface of the liquid Filling Machine is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

  • Conical funnel, which ensures continuous and regular flow during the filling process.
  • 2 filling heads through which filling is done using a piston mechanism (pull/push) , and the filling command is controlled by a foot pedal.
  •  A bottle support under the filling head , which is manually calibrated according to the size of the bottle.
