Semi-Auto liquid Filling Machine is part of our wide range of liquid filling machines .
It is considered a basic equipment in the food, cosmetics and Chemical industries, as it is used to fill low- and medium-viscosity liquids (ketchup, mayonnaise, shampoo, ointments and creams, alcoholic liquids, sterilizers, lotion, Vaseline and wax).
The required products are fed into a funnel to complete the process.
Filling is done by a piston mechanism through a single head and begins when the command is received by the foot pedal.
All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
Product contact parts made of stainless steel (316L) and Teflon, while the structure parts are made of stainless steel (304), resistant plastic, and aluminum treated with thermal paint.
Interior surface of the liquid Filling Machine is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

Conical funnel, which ensures continuous and regular flow during the filling process.
1 filling head through which filling is done using a piston mechanism (pull/push) , and the filling command is controlled by a foot pedal.
A bottle support under the filling head , which is manually calibrated according to the size of the bottle.
