PW Storage and recycling unit-cGMP

  • PW  is part of our wide range of units & loops.
  • The unit is the basic infrastructure in pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories, as it works to maintain the degree of purity, conductivity, and sterility of the water produced from the RO water treatment unit.
  • The unit sterilizes the water either by chemical method or by pasteurization method (raising the water temperature) to ensure that bacterial colonies do not grow and to ensure the water is suitable for use in pharmaceutical industries.
  • The unit is used to store water, maintain its temperature below (20) ºC in accordance with cGMP requirements, and circulate it within the Factory loop using a special designed pumps and valves.
  • All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
  • Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and structure parts made of SS ( 304 ).
  • Interior surface of unit is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a mirror finishing  .

Description

Single layer storage tank:

  • Tank’s head equipped with:
    1. CIP rotating shower for the Loop return line.
    2. VENT filter.
    3. Safety valve.
    4. Mechanical diaphragm pressure gauge.
    5. Pure water (PW) entering port.
    6. Spare port.
  • Tank’s body equipped with:
    1. Manually controlled Aseptic valve.
  • Tank’s bottom equipped with:
    1. Product transporting & circulation outlet.
    2. Drainage outlet.
