Pro- Drops Rotary Filling & capping Machine is part of our wide range of liquid filling machines .
Designed for filling pharmaceutical liquids (nasal solutions, simple syrups, antiseptics, medicinal syrups, suspensions, etc…).
Rotary designed so that the filling and closing processes are achieved within a single space (single structure) to ensure sterile filling of the product in accordance with cGMP requirements.
All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
Made of stainless steel (316L) and Teflon for parts in contact with the product, while parts not in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (304), resistant plastic (Polyamide) and aluminum .
Interior surface of the liquid Filling Machine is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

Description

Pro- Drops Rotary Filling & Capping Machine’s main parts:

Conveyor as containers entry.
Rotating star.
Balance tank for product With a level sensor to ensure a continuous and regular flow of products during the filling process.
Filling heads: via a peristaltic pump.
Plastic dropper feeder: consists of a basin and a path to feed the plastic spray / dropper onto the containers automatically using a mechanical arm and is equipped with a system of sensors to control the working mechanism.
Closing mechanism: It is a pressing and twisting Calibratable mechanism driven by a system of sensors that is compatible with the workflow of the machine for closing plastic containers.
