  • All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated.
  • Made of stainless steel (316L) and Teflon for parts in contact with the product, while parts not in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (304), resistant plastic (Polyamide) and aluminum treated with thermal paint.
  • Interior surface of the liquid Filling Machine is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

Description

Pro-Syrup Filling Machine’s main parts :

  1. Conveyor as containers entry.
  2. Rotating star.
  3. Nitrogen pump nozzle before the filling process.
  4. Balance tank for product With a level sensor to ensure a continuous and regular flow of products during the filling process.
  5. Filling heads: via a peristaltic pump with a diving mechanism to provide a synchronized mechanical movement and prevent foaming.
  6. Nitrogen pump nozzle after the filling process.
  7. Plastic lid feeder: consists of a basin and a path to feed the plastic lids onto the containers automatically using a mechanical arm and is equipped with a system of sensors to control the working mechanism.
  8. Plastic lid closing mechanism: It is a pressing and twisting Calibratable mechanism driven by a system of sensors that is compatible with the workflow of the machine for closing plastic containers.
