  • Is used to dissolve and homogenize powder (dry milk, food flavorings, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, etc.) in the liquid automatically and continuously .
  • Adding powder to the liquid in regular doses to prevent agglomeration of powder particles, thus achieving complete dissolution.
  • The dissolution process is carried out through the rapid rotation of the mixing head and the formation of vortexes from the incoming liquid with high flow and appropriate pressure.
  • Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and non-contact parts made of SS ( 304 ).
  • All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated
  • Interior surface of the unit is a mirror  and exterior surface is a Matt.

Description

Liquid & Powder Dissolving Unit’s main parts:

  • Conical funnel: equipped with a manual discharge valve installed at the bottom of the funnel as well as a vibration mechanism (optional) operated by compressed air to prevent the powder from sticking to the wall of the funnel.
  • Centrifugal pump equipped with mechanical seal (cooling),
  •  In Line Mixer: Dissolves and homogenizes the powder with the liquid.
