Horizontal Dry Mill is part of our wide range of mills .
Is considered one of the essential equipment in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
It’s used for grinding solid products and raw materials (dry powder, sugar, salt, etc…).
The funnel is fed with the powder manually so that it moves to the horizontal grinding chamber that helps break up powder particles with sizes ranging from (1- 16) mm .
This is due to the special design of the grinding blades that allow grinding of rejected compacts.
Ends with the powder particles exiting into a basin installed below the grinding chamber.
Smooth transition between working modes of the Mill (grinding/smoothing).
Ease of changing the sieve according to the type of product and the required fineness.
Contact parts made of SS (316 L) and non-contact parts made of SS (304).
All points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated
Interior surface of Horizontal Dry Mill is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing .

Horizontal Dry Mill main parts :
