Description

The Double cone blender consists of :

Vertical cylindrical chamber with two cones fitted with internal paddles for mixing ,the chamber rotates on horizontal axis.
the chamber is equipped with a supervision manhole cover .
Discharge port Equipped with a manual operated butterfly valve.
Sensor systems to control both startup & stop operations.
Sensor systems to control of blender stopping in desired place.
Guard rail with safety sensor to prevent approaching during work of blender.
PLC & HMI Control panel to control all operation functions of Double cone -blender.
