Aseptic Preparation unit – cGMP
- It is used in the preparation e of several types of low and high viscosity products (simple syrups & suspensions etc..) Through mixing mechanisms that achieve high productivity and high efficiency.
- Vertical cylindrical shape, spiral double jacket (heating/cooling), Insulated by rock wool.
- Product contact parts made of SS (316 L) and non-contact parts made of SS ( 304 ).
- all points welded by TIG & ORBITAL polished and treated
- Interior surface of Tank is a mirror finishing and exterior surface is a Matt finishing.
